Tremsil® 400 is a high-performance, single-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant designed to provide a durable, watertight seal in expansion joints and general perimeter applications.
Its medium-modulus formulation accommodates up to ±40% joint movement, making it well suited for dynamically moving construction joints. Tremsil 400 provides primerless adhesion to most common construction materials and offers long-term flexibility and weather resistance.
Ideal applications include perimeter caulking around windows, doors and frames, as well as precast and tilt-up concrete panels. The one-component formulation requires no mixing and is ready for application using conventional caulking equipment
