ZIP System™ Liquid Flash SSG is a fluid-applied flashing membrane designed to create a durable air and water seal around windows, doors, penetrations and other challenging building envelope details.

The sausage format is ideal for larger applications and higher-volume installation while reducing packaging waste compared to traditional cartridges. Liquid Flash conforms to irregular shapes and surfaces, making it an excellent solution for areas where flashing tape may be difficult to install.

Designed for use as part of the complete ZIP System assembly, Liquid Flash helps maintain continuity of the air and water-resistive barrier and is compatible with ZIP System Sheathing and R-Sheathing.
