Description
ZIP System™ Liquid Flash is a fluid-applied flashing membrane designed to create a durable, continuous air and water seal around challenging building envelope details.
It can be used around window and door rough openings, penetrations, transitions and other areas where traditional flashing tape may be difficult to install. The liquid-applied material conforms to irregular shapes and surfaces, helping maintain continuity of the ZIP System air and water-resistive barrier.
ZIP System Liquid Flash works as part of the complete ZIP System assembly and is compatible with ZIP System sheathing and R-Sheathing.
Available in SSG sausage and CTG cartridge formats to suit different application requirements and dispensing equipment.
