ZIP System™ Liquid Flash Cartridge is a fluid-applied flashing membrane designed to create a durable air and water seal around windows, doors, penetrations and other challenging building envelope details.
The cartridge format provides convenient application using a compatible caulking gun and is ideal for smaller areas, detailed work and locations where flashing tape may be difficult to install. The material conforms to irregular shapes and surfaces to help maintain continuity of the ZIP System air and water-resistive barrier.
Designed for use as part of the complete ZIP System assembly, Liquid Flash is compatible with ZIP System Sheathing and R-Sheathing.
