SIGA Majcoat is a high-performance diffusion-open roof underlay membrane designed for durable protection of pitched roof assemblies against wind and rain.

Its robust three-layer construction features a functional layer protected on both sides by reinforced nonwoven material, providing excellent durability and tear resistance during installation. Majcoat is designed to withstand driving rain while remaining highly vapour permeable, allowing moisture within the roof assembly to dry outward.

Majcoat provides reliable weather protection with a W1 resistance to water penetration and a temperature resistance of -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F). The membrane is designed for pitched roof applications and can provide temporary construction-phase weather protection before the final roofing is installed.

The 59" × 164' roll provides approximately 807 sq. ft. of coverage, making it suitable for large roof areas while helping reduce the number of membrane seams required.
